Diploma pick up dates for the latest graduation are always scheduled to start on the 1st Tuesday after the 4th of July.

The Registrar's office at San Bernardino High School issues diploma’s 1 year past graduation for free, then they go to the District Student Records Office and there might be a charge.

If a Graduate student has charges, the charges must be cleared at the school of origin and a receipt taken to the Registrar of the last school of enrollment for the 1st year after graduation, after the 1 year, the receipt is taken to the District Student Records Office.  Any student who is clearing a charge can have the clearing school fax, or email the clearance of fines.

Once a graduate has turned 18 years of age OR is in a post-secondary setting the parent may NOT request records of any kind. Federal Law will allow us to accept a parent signature in lieu of the student only when that parent brings in the most current 1040 tax form showing that the student is still a dependent for tax purposes.

Diplomas for all graduates are available at the Registrar’s Office, in the Administration Building SBHS, unless fines are owed. Students must show a picture ID and sign for the diploma. If an 18 year old student is having anyone other than themselves pick the diploma or official transcript, they must submit a release form in advance to the Registrar. The designated person picking up the diploma/transcript, must present a picture ID matching the student’s designated name for pick up.

The Registrar’s Office will be open during the summer excepting July 4th (Please call (909) 881-8217, these dates may change).
